Michelle is a mindset and empowerment life coach. She assists people to evaluate where they are not feeling an abundance in their life, may that be in relationships, in their work and career, or their health, and from this place, helps them move towards a more desirable outcome.
What did you have for breakfast today?
I start off with celery juice, wait at least 30 minutes to let that celery do its magic for my liver, then it’s onto my café con leche (oat milk), and a shot of strong apple and ginger! I have my first solid meal around 11am which is always a mixed fruit bowl.
What does your morning routine look like?
I wake up at 6am to meditate for half an hour (during which I will practice gratitude and visualise things I want to attract into my life). Then I do yoga for half an hour, I love Boho Beautiful (you can find her videos on You Tube).
I speak out my positive affirmations in front of the mirror (1-2 min), then I´ll do 5 minutes of breathwork.
What is your number one health habit?
Meditation actually. I believe that a healthy mind and connection to ´self´ and energy source is the healthiest thing you can do for yourself.
What is your guilty pleasure?
ICE CREAM! WINE!
