What did you have for breakfast today?
A mezze type breakfast: hard-boiled egg with alioli, sheep’s cheese, olives, chorizo, and a cup of Mistral coffee.
What does your morning routine look like?
A few stretches in bed, a quick cold shower, a glass of warm water and a filling breakfast.
What is your number one health habit?
Overall balance in everything I do.
What is your guilty pleasure?
Red wine – although I don’t feel any guilt 🙂
