YOUR VISIONBOARD 2022
Start 2022 with a crystal-clear vision of what you wish to experience and how you wish to feel throughout the year. The history of vision boards dates back to the cavemen, but during this unique Vision Board workshop with Anne-Christin Weigelt, you will create that vision the Embodied Flow way – from the heart. As a certified Embodied Feminine Flow Teacher and Intuitive Reiki Practitioner, she will guide you through a moving meditation and from there you will be led to tune in to your heart and sense and feel what you truly wish to manifest and attract into your life. Once you have got that feeling and vision, it is time to get creative by crafting your visionboard. This 3hr event is on the 15th of January at 10:00 at Portals de Yoga. 45€. BREATHE INTO 2022
We’re starting to understand more and more the power of the breath and its ability to heal, shift energy blockages and calm the nervous system. We’ve been attending breathwork sessions with Amalia Lages of Floww Frequency and have noticed dramatic improvements in our overall feeling of wellbeing. The afterglow is real! Amalia is now offering more private breathwork sessions online as well as a weekly Pranayama + Guided Meditation group session for USD 12. If there’s one new practice we recommend taking into 2022 it’s definitely breathwork, and Amalia is an amazing experienced and qualified practitioner. You can book her online sessions here.
