Fight off the 4 o´clock slump with these delicious little Nourish Balls.
So simple and easy to make and they last for weeks….if you can resist eating them all at once!
½ cup Almonds
½ cup Brazils, pecans or hazelnuts
2 cups pitted dates (the stickier the better)
1 tbsp Hemp powder
1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
2 tbsp ground mixed seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp nut butter
Blend nuts in a food processor until they are well chopped
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until it forms a sticky ball (you may need to add a few more dates)
Roll into balls and pop into the freezer for one hour
Enjoy! They can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 weeks
