Julie’s Silent Island Yoga class is a one-of-a-kind practice that combines yoga, nature and headphones – which explains the ‘silent’ part.

Julia offers private and group classes, as well as retreats. Her style is an artful blend of dynamic vinyasa flow, mixed precise alignment and correct breathing to create stability and balance.
