Meet Carys, a fiercely determined, kind and knowledgeable personal trainer who moved to Palma just a couple of months ago because “everyone here wants something more from life and that is an exciting energy to be around.”
Carys is the founder of the Bliss and Thrive Tribe which is an online membership for busy women to live healthy, awesome lives. As a result, she is known as a face to face and online fitness coach for busy women to get fit, stay healthy and thrive.
“I really wanted to have a place where women can come to workout, feel nourished and motivated to get more out of life!”
Carys naturally has a deep understanding of the body, movement and stretching. Consequently, dance training is incorporated into her workouts so that her clients can improve their posture, core stability and mobility.

As Carys comes from a professional dance background she has an understanding of strength, mobility and movement. She recognises the importance of being strong , fit and flexible with a strong core and she incorporates these principals into her training.
Bliss and Thrive Tribe members get access to loads of awesome toning and fat burning workouts with Carys. Not only that, she also has a recipe library, yoga classes and meditations and printables to help you live a fit, healthy life and thrive.
