“Our focus is on making food that looks good, tastes good, and will make you feel good too. Still drawing inspiration from our firm British favourites, we have transformed our original menu so that everything is better, keeping up with our own tastes, and yours. We make all our own products in-house, and it is naturally gluten, dairy and refined sugar-free. We do not use eggs, making us fully vegan too.”
Breaking the Stereotype
Yes! ALL the food at mymuybueno Deli is gluten, dairy, and refined sugar-free AND vegan. Though we promise you won’t even know the difference.
Justine’s focus is to break people’s perceptions of vegan food, and to demonstrate that it can taste amazing and also deliver a satisfying sweet fix too. Noting that Justine is not a vegan herself, she is fuelled by her love of good food, and delivering on great taste. Appealing to those who are healthy, parents, children and everyone who may have an allergy or intolerance.
Several items off the menu have been featured in the The Great Taste Awards organised by The Guild Of Fine Food and have won Gold. The mymuybueno Deli is already a seven-time award winner.
What’s in a name?
“The ‘my’ is the English contribution. Being British myself, it defines the personal touch that we offer. The ‘muy bueno’ is the translation in Spanish of ‘very good’; in relation to good food. I merged them together to establish our unique name of ‘mymuybueno’. This combination represents what our brand is all about. It demonstrates that only by combining these factors, and them working in unison, can we truly deliver on our company promise and philosophy of excellent quality with a personal experience.”
