Elisabet Nilsson is a professional health and nutrition adviser, coach and group fitness trainer who will guide you towards your goals and help to facilitate the lifestyle changes you want to make.
A Holistic Approach to Health
Elisabet believes that health is about much more than diet or fitness. Every area of your life – work, leisure, family, friends, stress and sleep, as well as exercise and nutrition – impacts your wellbeing, and therefore each area needs to be considered when working towards a healthier lifestyle.
How health coaching can help
Whether you want to improve your diet, stop smoking or start exercising, health coaching will help you get there.
Elisabet uses MI (motivational interviewing) to help clients awaken their own motivation in order to change their behaviour. This goal-oriented, client-centred counselling style makes changing habits easy.
Coaching also explores the deeper issues that may be causing you to overeat, underachieve or pursue unhealthy habits, and gives you the tools to break out of patterns. You will explore SMART goals, how to handle setbacks and learn to stay on the right track.
Through health coaching you will see that you can easily live a healthy life but still eat good food and have fun!
Health coaching can address any area in which you wish to make positive changes. Coaching sessions are available in person and remotely via Skype.
Elisabet is also a qualified group fitness, yoga and pre-and post-natal training instructor. She offers a variety of physical fitness classes including:
